Partner Roles and Responsibilities
BJPL expects the potential partner to have a conviction and commitment in the business while relevant experience is not necessary. Key attribute we look for is the integrity & transparency from the partner which is amongst key values for BJPL. Potential partner is responsible for the following:
- Capital commitment to set up the manufacturing or processing unit within the product requirement
- A optimum working capital available to run the plant
- Development of raw material sources and optimising the sourcing cost
- Day to Day management of the working from receiving raw material to loading the finished goods.
- Manpower training and management for uninterrupted & efficient operation
- Liaisoning with local authorities for all statutory and regulatory approvals
- Maintenance of regular MIS and fulfilling compliance requirements such as GST etc.
